• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or microfiber towel.
• If deeper cleaning is needed, use a damp (not wet) cloth and dry immediately.
• Avoid ammonia, vinegar, or harsh chemicals, which can dull or damage the solder lines and patina.
• To restore shine, occasionally apply a small amount of stained glass polish then buff lightly.

Over time, the solder lines may darken or develop a soft, aged patina — this is a natural oxidation process and part of the charm of stained glass!

The oxidized finish helps protect the solder and gives the piece a timeless, handcrafted character. If you prefer a brighter look, you can gently polish the solder lines to reduce oxidation, but it’s completely optional.

Because 60/40 solder contains lead, always wash your hands after handling your glass — especially before eating or touching your face. Keep away from children and pets.

• Best displayed indoors or in a sheltered window with stable temperatures.
• Use a secure chain or hook rated for the piece’s weight.
• Prevent your glass from bumping or swinging against hard surfaces.
