Returns/Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of stained glass, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds/accept returns. I do my best to photograph each piece as accurately as possible, though please note that glass can appear differently depending on the lighting and angle. No product is perfect since they are hand made and prices will reflect accordingly. 

Order Cancellations

An order cancellation for a full refund will only be possible if the order hasn't been processed and shipped yet. Please reach out immediately if you are looking to cancel your order.
